Geoff Cavender isn't just a Northern Indiana real estate agent — he's a product of this place. Born and raised in Kosciusko County, he grew up on Tippecanoe Lake, graduated from Wawasee High School, and married his high school sweetheart. Today he lives in Winona Lake with their two kids, who attend Warsaw Community Schools. His family still spends summers on Tippy, and you'll find them out on Wawasee and Winona Lake throughout the season. When Geoff talks about lake life in Northern Indiana, he's not selling a concept — he's describing his life. After more than a decade working in the orthopedic industry as a CNC machinist — one of the most precision-driven, detail-oriented trades in manufacturing — Geoff brought that same standard to real estate. Eight-plus years later, that standard has produced results that speak for themselves: $82 million in sales and 285 homes sold in 2025 alone, with 150 more already closed year-to-date. The Cavender Team is now one of the fastest-growing real estate teams in Northern Indiana — 30 agents strong, with offices in Warsaw and Fort Wayne, serving buyers and sellers across Kosciusko, Elkhart, and Allen Counties. At eXp Realty, the team has earned the ICON Award three consecutive years — the highest recognition eXp bestows — following a Diamond Award at RE/MAX, the highest honor in that organization. But the awards aren't what drives this. Faith and family are at the center of everything Geoff and his team do. The Cavender Team was built on a simple mission: Guiding People to Their Goals. That mission shapes every transaction, every conversation, and every relationship they build — with clients and with the agents who choose to grow here. For agents considering a home, the team's promise is direct: More Coaching. More Money. More Freedom. The vision is just as clear — 100 producing agents, 1,500 homes sold annually, and a team that sets the standard for what real estate excellence looks like in Indiana and beyond. If you're buying or selling in Northern Indiana — especially on the lake — there is no team more local, more experienced, or more committed to getting you where you want to go.
